The holiday season can be a time of joy and celebration, but for many, it can also bring a unique set of challenges. Whether you're dealing with grief, financial stress, complex family dynamics, mental health concerns, addiction issues, or any other holiday-related challenge, “Surviving the Holidays” is an event designed to provide the knowledge, tools, and support you need during this time of year.

Calvary’s dedicated Care Team will be joined by several mental health professionals who will equip you with valuable insights and practical strategies to help you make it through—and even thrive—this holiday season with strength, hope, and healing.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please join us. This event is free and open to all and located in Calvary’s Hub.
